Musk's counterclaim should be released on the afternoon of August 5, local time, according to presiding judge Kathleen McCormick, president of the Delaware Chancery Court. It was previously reported that Delaware Chancery Judge Kathaleen Mc Cormick set the Twitter v. Elon Musk trial for October at a Wilmington hearing.
